Burris Equipment Rental Policy

CREDIT POLICY: You must have established an account or a deposit will be required

Rental rates are based on an 8-HOUR DAY, 40-HOUR Week, 160-HOUR (4WEEK) MONTH. Overtime charges will be prorated at 1/8 of the Daily Rate for each hour over eight hours in a day. Rental charges will continue until the unit has been returned and checked in at BURRIS EQUIPMENT or notice has been given that the equipment is ready to be picked up. Units returned outside of regular business hours will remain the customer’s responsibility until the next regular business day.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY. Delivery is available at an additional cost.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF GOODS, INCLUDING ALL FLAT TIRES, regardless of cause, except normal wear and tear, and will be assessed a CLEANING CHARGE if unit is not returned in a reasonably clean condition. Normal daily maintenance such as checking and maintaining proper lubrication and water and fuel levels, cleaning filters, etc. are the customer’s responsibility.

LESSEE MUST INSURE UNITS AGAINST LOSS DUE TO THEFT OR VANDALISM, WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER. Certificates of Insurance will be required listing Burris Equipment CO., as loss payee and additional insured.
